Valentine’s Day 2026
On February 14th, there’s no need to overdo it. Just settle in, take your time, and let the food set the tone. For Valentine’s Day 2026, our chef has created a three-course set menu, designed as a true interlude: delicate pairings, carefully selected ingredients, and a smooth progression from the first sip to the final bite.
As you arrive, we’ll welcome you with a complimentary drink: “Amour en cage”, a floral and fruity cocktail blending physalis, violet syrup, and prosecco (or champagne).
A refined start
For your starter, choose between two options:
Salmon gravlax, served with a whipped yuzu & dill cream, lemon pearls, and blinis — fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.
Or our indulgent house-made semi-cooked foie gras, finished with spiced salt, served with toasted country bread, caramelized apples, and a balsamic reduction.
Two mains, two moods
For the main course, again with a choice of two:
Roasted duck breast, with a butternut squash purée, purple carrots and glazed vegetables, brought together with a juniper-infused rich jus.
Or slow-cooked salmon, elevated by a creamy XO prawn foam, and a “green garden” of peas, green beans, edamame, and glazed Romanesco cauliflower — a soft, bright, ocean-kissed plate.
The final touch
To finish, a comforting and decisive finale: “All Chocolate” — a chocolate mousse with a praline tuile.
