Champagne Sabering Experience at PAILLETTES

During the workshop, our expert will guide you step by step and teach you the essential techniques to master the art of Champagne sabering. You’ll learn how to position the bottle correctly, master the movement, and perform the necessary gestures safely.

Each participant will have the opportunity to try their hand at sabering their own Champagne. Depending on the option chosen, you can then enjoy either a glass of Champagne or the sabred bottle during the tasting. Now it’s your turn… and if you manage to saber the bottle on your first try, you can officially call yourself a Champagne sabering expert! 

Choose from several cuvées: Brut Champagne, Rosé Champagne, Blanc de Blancs, or a Special Cuvée.

The experience takes place in a warm, elegant, and educational atmosphere at PAILLETTES restaurant, located in the heart of Paris at 14 rue Saint-Fiacre. The workshop is available for groups of 1 to 14 people, with personalized guidance adapted to each participant.

The experience is available every lunchtime and evening, making it easy to incorporate into a Parisian outing.
